Coming up in early spring, this convention tries to set itself apart. It claims its the first event focused solely on Illinois. NECANN’s been around about 6 years, and helps new weed businesses grow. They try to bring in huge numbers of your local marijuana pros and experts in the market. So now, they’re doing Illinois! This looks like a cool event for growers, consumers and business people across Illinois, so it’s worth you looking into. CannaGrow Expo, April 17-18, Chicago
Are you a grower or an extractor? If so, then this event is for you. The 10th CannaGrow Expo is geared towards the art and science of growing cannabis. The event is open to everybody 18 and up, and is targeted towards cannabis growers, grow managers, extractors, and grow enthusiasts. You can explore the latest cannabis cultivation technology, tools, and cutting edge techniques. Cannabis Industrial Marketplace Chicago Summit & Expo, May 21-22, Rosemont
This trade show is geared towards businesses. If you are in the business of cannabis, whether you are directly involved or an ancillary, you should look into this trade show. You’ll find an expo floor showcasing everything from grow lights, to hydroponics, to security, and more. You will have the opportunity to attend seminars covering the latest in licensing, selling, and production techniques.
